BCA EPSS Solutions – Changing Your Way of Construction Site Manpower Management More Effective and Easier.

BCA (Building Construction Authority of Singapore) has mandated the implementation of Biometrics Authentication System (BAS) for building works with Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 5000 m2 or more. Effective from 1st November 2014. This is mandated under Regulation 10(a) of the Building Control (Building and Productivity) Regulations 2014.

Constructors or builders have to submit the Construction Productivity Data obtained from the Biometrics Authentication System (BAS) via ePSS. Turnstiles and railings are required to manage the flow of workers.

Our biometrics devices such as fingerprint reader and facial recognition device which works with our turnstiles or tripods perfectly matches the BCA requirements.
