The Smart Touch mobile VMS extends visitor management beyond the lobby. Hosts send invitations with visit details, and once approved, the visitor receives a visitor pass QR code via email. Security personnel scan the QR for instant check-in, assign pass numbers, and check the visitor out at departure

VISITOR REGISTRATION

  • Click on VISITOR icon to check visitor list and add new visitor
  • Click ‘+ New’ to fill in information or share registration form to visitor
  • Click share button to generate link and share through various communication media.
  • Visitor able to access to the link through phone browser and fill in personal details.

HOST INVITATION

  • Click ‘+ New’ button to create new invitation
  • Select the visitor name from the list and fill in all the details
  • Click ‘Create’ to request visitation

INVITATION APPROVAL

  • Check Visitation Request in Transaction list
  • Select pending request for Security Approval

INVITATION APPROVAL

  • After visitation request approved, visitor will receive Invitation QR email.
  • Visitor need to show to Security Guard upon arrival

INVITATION APPROVAL

  • Security Guard can use the QR function to scan visitor’s QR code to Assign Pass Number and Check In
