Hostel Management System

Hostel Management System helps to manage the activities in hostel. You can record the worker’s room info, keep track of their movement and auto calculate water and electricity bill sharing cost. This system also allow user to help the tenant, generate and pay their electricity bill. Furthermore, hostel management level can always monitor and track back transactions easily by generating reports provided. This version has additional features such as electricity billing function and inventory function. Electricity billing function enabled user to generate each hostel unit’s electricity bill and email the generated bills to respective contractors or tenants to inform the monthly electricity bill that need to be paid. Whereas, for inventory function, the purpose of this function is to let user to record each item in inventory to specified which item that contractors or tenant will be penalty if is broken. In addition, this system can also be linked to our others software system such as Time Attendance Management System and Who Is In – Tracking System (Hostel).

Electricity Billing

  • Able to set each unit price of electricity charges.
  • Able to generate each electricity bill based on specific unit or all units.
  • Support auto calculation of total electricity charges based on user data entry.
  • Support email generated electricity bill to respective contractors.

Inventory :

  • Record item in inventory based on unit.
  • Support 2 types : General and Penalty
